My Yoga Mat

I am on my Yoga Mat

Trying to gain body strength

With every muscle knotting stretch

My Body expands and got stable.

I am on my Yoga Mat

Trying to explore the world within

With every single deep breathe

My Mind eases and vastness arise.

I am on my Yoga Mat

Trying to see my soul through this lens

I see the light of love, truth, beauty & peace within

Lighting inside me and inside you.

As I enter the river of being

Silence and nothingness came

I took a holy dive

And sink into the luminous presence.
